Fenway Park COVID Precautions

On April 1st (Opening Day)

Fenway Park will be implementing Surfacide disinfection robots this upcoming season. The β€œCovid-blasting” Robots will be seen throughout the stadium, in order to make the stadium a safer and cleaner space. The robots have the capability of mapping the space in a 360-degree angle and will alert when they are done. You may not see them doing their job, because they may be in use when fans are not there, but know that they will be doing their job.

You may have seen Surfacide Bots in Massachusetts General Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, NewBridge on The Charles, and several different locations.

Only a small amount of fans will be able to enter the stadium, approximately 4,000 fans on opening day. There will be three robots throughout the stadium, the Red Sox paid 100,000 in total for these robots. It was steal, especially for the Red Sox to keep their upcoming fans to feel safe.

If you are one of the lucky ones to enter the stadium, make sure you do everything you can keep others and yourself safe!! Lets hope the Red Sox have a better season compared to the last!
