This weekend, artist Monika Bravo will be holding a series of free virtual workshops from March 12-14 to help promote her new public art project at the new East Boston police station. As featured on artsinboston’s Instagram page, “Monika’s art provides a playful, childlike view with whimsical animations and characters.”

Participants of this event can either create mobiles using templates that Monika provides or create their own.

The event is open to all ages, but preference will be given to residents in the East Boston area. Those who participate in the event are encouraged to participate in all three workshops.
