Rubato Cafe

Rubato, a modern Hong Kong Cafe, opened this summer Quincy and it has been a success! The Hong Kong snacking experience they have provided customer’s with has been unbeatable.

Their traditional plates with a twist are delicious and unique in the area. Plates such as their Bolo Bao, Congee Rice Porridge, and their Hong Kong French Toast are truly one of a kind and worth the try! They also offer house-milled soy milk and a selection of hot and cold beverages such as milk tea, Yuenyeung, and many more!

The wife and husband duo, Rary Ratsifa and Laurence Louie took over Joyce Chan’s legacy with Contempo Bakery and continue to make more of it. The family wanted to open a place in London but during the pandemic they had to rethink their decision and eventually come back to Boston where they have had lots of success with Rubato.

Hours of operation are Wednesday to Sunday from 7:30AM to 4PM.
