  The FARM-to-KITCHEN with Volante Farms and hosted by BPM Kitchen and The Trustees was a memorable night out! Upon entering we were greeted by all the friendly staff including Chef Todd who added some humor to the evening. Throughout the night we learned how to cook corn, okra, and bacon fritters, spicy tomato jam, scallops on spiced cabbage with peas and carrots, and pumpkin chocolate chip brownies.
